I have stayed in many Travelodge hotels in the UK, this is the one of the best Travelodge. Room is comfortable and clean. In addition, I was served by the same lovely staff both in the evening and morning, I don’t know her name but she is very kind and friendly, which makes my day!

Excellent Staff. Good food and drink. Good location with parking. Rooms are quite basic. Had a twin room but good enough for overnight stay for work event.

Since being refurbed the rooms are absolutely fantastic. Very friendly staff on hand to help, got me a fan very quickly. Clean. Bar and restaurant very bistro style! Would stay again!

Comparing directly to a Premier inn, as I chose between the two for this stay. Positives are; hotel is very close to the motorway, has free parking with plenty of spaces, and is close to a variety of shops. However, even though the rooms are "new style", it is just visual. There is little space to be found, and the table space was all taken up with the kettle etc and a fan. The bed was nice, no complaints there. However, the bathroom is just not fit for purpose. The shower space cannot fit a human in it, and there is not enough space on the towel rail for anything more than the hand towel. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh which was a bonus, again, though, complaints to the coffee machine, which couldn't dissolve the milk powder properly. Next time I need a hotel around this area, I would use the premier inn up the road, even if it was a bit more expensive. You get much more space, a full sized bathroom, and a much nicer experience.

Everything was OK asides the fire alarm going off at 4 I'm the morning the whole 4th floor was up. Breakfast was amazing.

For starters the staff were lovely helped me check in really quickly would love to have a rating for the staff. But this is one of if not the worst I have stayed in, room window was open when I got in (in November) and when I went to close it cause the frame had been warped cold air was still getting in as I couldn't close one side of it so I stuffed a towel the help with that. And we'll I can't say this is a incident local to the area but did spot 3 rats/mice around the building. Honestly the rating is only so low cause of the cold and window. But was only staying a night and it did the job it was meant to do of letting me sleep comfortably (bed is actually decently good in my opinion) Breakfast looked a little disappointing.

I arrived early in order to prepare for a funeral I was attending. The reception staff were very helpful. Polite and professional, helping us to set up WiFi etc. I paid extra to gain early access to my room. The roomitself was in very good order, clean, warm and felt very welcoming. We were able to have a coffee while we waited and made to feel welcome. I had prepaid for the all you can eat breakfast which we enjoyed the following morning. This included coffee, fruit juice, cooked breakfast and toast. There was also cereals and continental style breakfast available. The whole building was clean and tidy. I would recommend this for anyone needing to book over night stays.

I stay one night bust was a nightmare Travelodge haml Hampstead 25-26 November 2023 the fire alarm was going on every 2 hours I can't sleep at all . Evrithing what the staf says is sorry we have a problem with fire alarms system. A awful night. Find a other hotel don't lose your time and money with this useless hotel and people!!!!
